Context & need

CyberVadis, an expert in cyber risk assessment, organizes an annual conference to which it invites its customers and partners. This original event takes place in the heart of Paris, on a barge moored near the Pont Neuf. CyberVadis needed support to make this event interactive and hybrid, so that remote participants could follow the presentations and the awards ceremony.

Answer

The small production company used a multi-camera video control room to film the event and broadcast it live via a dedicated web platform. Three controlled cameras were installed, along with spotlights and a sound mixer to handle the music and microphones for the speakers.
Despite the difficult access to the barge (500 meters from the parking lot, with cobblestones all the way), we augmented our resources to set up in record time (2 hours) and be ready before the participants arrived. As the barge was not covered with fiber, we also deployed a 5G Pro network to guarantee CyberVadis a latency-free quality transmission.
At the same time, we produced a best-of of the event and a micro tour of the participants.
