Context & need

As an expert in cyber risk assessment, CyberVadis organizes an annual conference for its customers and partners. This original event takes place right in the heart of Paris, on a barge moored near the Pont Neuf. CyberVadis needed support to make this event interactive and hybrid, so that remote participants could follow the presentations and prize-giving.

Answer

The small production company deployed a multi-camera video capture system to film the event and broadcast it live via a dedicated web platform. 3 controlled cameras were installed, as well as spotlights and a sound mixer to handle the music and the speakers’ microphones.
Despite the difficult access to the barge (500m from the parking area and cobblestones all the way), we reinforced our resources to set up in record time (2 hours) and be ready before the participants arrived. As the barge did not have fiber, we also deployed a 5G Pro network to guarantee CyberVadis a latency-free, quality broadcast.
At the same time, we produced a best-of of the event and a mirco-trottoir of the participants.
