Context & need

The Bigard Group is recruiting. To diversify its appeal and attract a younger audience, the communications department asked us to produce several recruitment/employer branding films. The aim: to illustrate the arrival of a young recruit and his or her development within the company.

Answer

To meet this need, we devised a tripartite scenario in which 3 employees cross paths and evolve in the Socopa production plant at Châteauneuf-du-Faou in Brittany. The film’s originality lies in the use of on-board cameras, such as Meta goggles, which each employee wore during filming, giving it an immersive feel and allowing us to reproduce as closely as possible the young employee’s point of view.

Our support for this project:
– Concept: discussions, location scouting, definition of narrative concept, writing of script and detailed storyboard.
– Pre-production: development of work plan and coordination of teams.
– Filming: full technical team
– Post-production: dynamic editing with professional voice-over.

The result: Employer branding films that reflect in an original way the career path of a young talent recruited by the Bigard Group.
