The Bigard Group is recruiting. To diversify its appeal and attract a younger audience, the communications department asked us to produce several recruitment\/employer branding films. The aim: to illustrate the arrival of a young recruit and his or her development within the company. <\/p>\n
To meet this need, we devised a tripartite scenario in which 3 employees cross paths and evolve in the Socopa production plant at Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Faou in Brittany.
